Not the perfect match? No worries. Return any eligible product within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Our 7-day return promise
Flowrish accepts returns on most beauty products within 7 days of delivery. If the product isn’t right for you, isn’t what you expected, or arrived damaged — we’ll refund you or send a replacement. Sealed, unopened products are always returnable; hygiene-sensitive items have specific conditions (see below).
When you can return a product
- The product is sealed, unopened and in its original packaging with all tags and inserts.
- The product was received damaged, broken or with tampered seals.
- You received the wrong product, wrong size or wrong variant compared to the order confirmation.
- The product was past its expiry / best-before date when delivered.
- You initiate the return within 7 days of delivery and have the order ID.
Items that cannot be returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not returnable once delivered:
- Opened skincare, haircare, makeup or fragrance products (unless damaged on arrival).
- Personal-care and hygiene items where the seal or applicator has been broken.
- Free gifts, samples, sachets and promotional items received as part of an offer.
- Items marked “final sale” or sold under a flash-sale / clearance offer.
- Products damaged through misuse, improper storage, or use past the expiry date printed on the pack.
- Combo / kit packs returned with missing components.
How to return a product
Three simple steps — takes about a minute to start.
Raise a request
Open your account, go to Orders, pick the item and tap "Request Return". Choose a reason and add a photo if it’s damaged.
Pickup or self-ship
For most pin-codes we arrange a free reverse pickup in 2–4 working days. Where pickup isn’t available we send a prepaid courier slip.
Refund issued
Once we inspect the product, the refund is credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Refund timelines
Once your return is inspected and approved, the refund is initiated the same day. Bank processing time depends on your payment method:

Return shipping
For damaged, incorrect or expired items, return shipping is on us — we send a prepaid reverse courier. For change-of-mind returns the customer may bear shipping (we’ll let you know at the time of request).
Exchanges
Need a different variant or size? We recommend returning the original for a refund and placing a fresh order — it’s usually the fastest way to get exactly what you want.
Received a damaged or wrong product?
Please raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the outer packaging, the product and the batch number. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund on priority — no return shipping cost to you.
